The Campus series is the name for five (5) novels
with the set based on the University of Zambia. They are according to the
rhythm of the writer supposed to look at the social, economic, academic, as
well as spiritual life of campus students. They are supposed to be a form of
literature that any if not all students should be able to apply to, relate to
and by the end of the day learn from.
ABOUT THE FIRST
TITLE
The first title in the Campus series is “Love, My Addiction”. It was
published on the 22nd of December, 2013. It is a story which is
about a girl by the name of Regina, a girl who is very pretty and has had the
unfortunate life of not growing up with a mother, hence she never experienced a
mother’s love and because of this, even if she has every other thing that a
girl could possibly want at her disposal the one thing she craves even when she
doesn’t know it, is a mother’s love. And in her desperate attempt to compensate
for the missing mother’s love she craves ‘love’ from any other place that it
pronounces itself and that’s why she says “Love, My Addiction”.
